Time for a complete overhaul

The rooms are huge and the staff are lovely

This hotel is no longer up to western foreigner standards. Its old, tired, in bad repair and the food is no longer good. Years ago this used to be the best hotel in Ngwesaung but now this is not a good place to stay. Many things are broken. Lots of poor old fashion management. For example the restaurant menu has snacks like burgers but the bar menu does not. WiFi you have to keep updating the username and password. It's all very old fashioned and not convenient.

Peaceful getaway

It was very peaceful, clean, staff were very accommodating.

*The bathroom sink and shower was clogged. Informed the staff but nothing was done. *that the pool timings are only until 7pm should be until 9pm as we cant use the pool during the morning hrs as it's very hot.

Very friendly staff and great setting by the beach

The hotel staff were all very kind and attentive, knew how we wanted our cappuccino and juices without asking a second time. The pool staff always there to bring a towel and even on the beach they made sure that the swimmers wee safe. It is located at the edge of the beach which gives a nice calm atmosphere. Good accommodation with large rooms, which they seem to be renovating progressively. Good breakfast. Will stay here again .

It is not worthy to pay that much money.

It is not worthy to pay that much money. Swimming pool is not big as others and they are not allow to bring any food it beverage by guest which is not great.

Great resort on a nice beach!

Wonderful property! We loved the big room (a huge suite, with very large terrace; it was a good price, considering the size and attention to detail), and the beautiful garden. Excellent staff! Very thoughtful turn-down service (where they even pull down the blinds on each of the many windows in the suite). The place has the feel of a very well run resort. Very good food and service at the restaurant. We enjoyed the beach very much -- very clean, and fun for the kids. The resort is at the far end of the beach, away from the motorbikes, trash, and other noise.

The water at the beach is a bit cloudy, close to shore, but very clean and clear after a few meters.

Beach was fanatic, as it was all private for the resort...

Beach was fanatic, as it was all private for the resort itself. The resort is very seclusive and perfect for chilling by the beach or have a swim in the ocean. Staffs are attentive, breakfast spread has good variety, pool is clean, beach is always guarded with 3 life guards on duty, there’s always security guards at all times for safety.

A bit far from all the restaurants, not within walking distance so it’s better if u drive or rent a motorbike. We found a hole at the ceiling in bathroom, which seemed like a peek hole from the outside. Senior staffs quickly attended the matter after we complained about it. Found a cockroach in room, for the resort of this price, cleanliness should b top priority.

Upon the whole we did enjoy our stay!

Upon the whole we did enjoy our stay! See and the seashore are marvellous, very good location. On contrary to the main restaurant there is a Sunset bar - serving some food with modest prices. Pools are also good, rooms are huge, breakfast is super extensive! Good restaurants can be found in the village - 10 min walk

Once maybe it was a 5-star resort, but seems it was so a while ago... furniture is shabby, the roof above the shower was leaking when it rained )) though it was from the glass - again some time before it should be cool. But we overlooked the other resorts on the beach and were happy we choose BOB - on comparison they seem even older! The main restaurant is outrageously expensive for this part of the country. The rooms were cleaned every day, but poorly

The stuffs are kind. The place is comfortable. But food and beverage is worst I've ever seen.

The environment is clean, cozy, comfortable and refreshing. The stuffs are kind and helping. The pool is nice. Garden view is nice. It's relaxing and a good place to chill with friends.

WE DIDN'T GET BUFFET FOR BREAKFAST. We stayed there for two days. Nov 7 to 9. There were about 15 visitors at hotel. The stuffs apologized us buffet is only prepared for 20 or more customers. It is not stuffs' fault anyway. FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE BETTER. CUSTOMERS PAID FULL VALUE AND CUSTOMERS NEED FULL FACILITY.

I like how calm the place is.

I like how calm the place is. If you want to be at peace and alone with nature, this is the best resort for you.

Wifi is very unstable and the breakfast is okay but could be better given that it costs $12!
